What is the processing time?

We guarantee shipping the item in 10 business days. Delivery time varies by shipping carrier and service.


You can push this up and have it shipped in a few days with the rush service.

Can I rush my order?

Your order can be rushed if you add the rush service to your cart.  

Keep in mind that you may also need rush shipping as well. Typically we can avoid the rush shipping if you purchase the rush service and have a week or so for delivery.


We use UPS for deliveries in the United States and it usually takes 3 days for most addresses.


We use USPS International Priority for deliveries overseas and it usually takes 2-3 weeks to most countries. 

Will I receive the digital design for my personalized order?

All personalized/custom orders have to reviewed and approved. Order will not be made unless the digital design have been approved by customer.

What is the hat size?

One size fits most. All adult hats are 22" in circumference. Use a ribbon to measure around your head to better understand sizing.

Currently we carry floppy hats with three brim sizes - 5", 5.5" and 6".

How should I care for my hat?

These hats are made with care, so treat them with care. Please keep hats flat and do not fold them. Do not get the hat wet. If the hat does get wet place it in the sun in a dry spot and do not touch embroidery, it should dry just fine.

What is your policy on custom and personalized orders?

All custom and personalized orders are final and non-returnable unless I have made a mistake. If Designs Bi K is at fault for the error or mistake we will replace the item at our cost.

How do I pack my hat for travel?

Option 1: Wear the hat and carry it through the airport if you are bringing a soft sided bag.

Option 2: Pack the hat in a hard-sided luggage. Lay the hat down and stuff the "head" of the hat with bikinis, pajamas, etc. that won't be wrinkled.  Layer clothing on top of the hat and it should be good to go.

I live in Houston area, can I do local pick up?

At this time, I do not offer local pick up.

Can I send as a gift?

Yes, that's possible. Please don't forget to add a gift note when placing order.

Do I have to pay taxes?

Only purchases from Texas are required to pay taxes - 8.25%.
